From model to influencer to up-and- coming entrepreneur, 23-year-old It Girl Hailey Grice has been killing it in the swimwear and lingerie field for years nowā€” and sheā€™s just getting started. Growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hailey always envisioned a future as a working model, but she never knew if it was possible for her. About six years ago, Hailey had a photo of her seventeen-year-old self in a swimsuit posted on the internet without her permission. While she was upset about her lack of autonomy in the posting, she decided to use this opportunity to kickstart the career she always dreamt of.

Hailey has been building up a name for herself in lingerie and swimwear, having modeled and been a featured face for different brandsā€” including Lounge Underwear, Beauty Advisor, and High-Tech Pharmaceuticals.

In addition to working with brands, Hailey has also joined OnlyFans after recognizing its potential to empower oneself. Reflecting on what happened to her at 17, Hailey found a new power in being able to be in this space on her own terms. Realizing her independence, she has only empowered Hailey to become a hard working boss, where she can now use her platform to advocate for women who also have experienced body shaming online.

Tell us about your rise to fame.

I never set out for fame, I was just setting out to do things Iā€™m passionate about and things I enjoy and believe in, and it worked out well.Ā 

 

You are a successful model. When did you get your first break?

I donā€™t know if I ever truly had my big break! I think Iā€™ve chipped away at it with persistence and commitment, and thatā€™s how I got to where I’m at!

Ā Tell us about your success as a model.Ā 

I really became more successful when I moved coast to coast from Charlotte to Los Angeles back in 2019. I had worked little modeling jobs in Charlotte but moving across the country enabled me to work with larger and more influential brands and people. I just recently shot my first cover for Gmaro Magazine, and I do feel it was a bit of a milestone in my career.

Who would you like to work with?

I love fitness! Iā€™ve recently been taking more action in working with trainers and nutritionists. I definitely plan on working with more fitness brands in the future!Ā 

What does it take to succeed in this business?

Having friends and a support system has been very beneficial to me in this industry! Itā€™s nice to have a fresh set of eyes and opinions from people I trust.Ā

You have a huge following on Instagram. How do you keep your content fresh?

I try to travel as much as I can! Fresh scenery and locations inspire my best ideas.

Who has inspired you the most during your career?

Definitely one of my friends and photographer Clint. He has such an incredible eye for detail, and he has taught me so much about photography and social media.Ā 

Tell us about your work as an advocate.

Iā€™ve had many people who share my same stomach disease reach out and personally thank me for spreading awareness. It was hard for me to speak about at first, but my fans have been very supportive and kind!Ā 

What is next for you?Ā 

I havenā€™t traveled as much as I would have liked in the last two years! I plan on doing much more exploring in 2022.Ā
