Anthony, can you tell us what inspired you to start your consulting and investment firm?

I started my firm because I saw a gap in how businesses in the construction and home services industries approached growth. Too often, companies focused on short term gains without building sustainable foundations. I wanted to create a model that combined vision with execution, helping clients expand wisely, strengthen operations, and build resilience. For me, consulting is not just about profits; it is about creating businesses that endure, support families, and add value to communities. That mission continues to drive everything I do.

Your firm operates in Texas, Florida, and Arizona. How do you approach such diverse markets?

Each market has its own dynamics: Texas with its rapid population growth, Florida with its unique coastal challenges, and Arizona with its fast-expanding housing demand. My approach is to understand the nuances of each region and tailor strategies accordingly. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all playbook, I partner with clients to develop solutions specific to their environment. That flexibility is key to creating growth that lasts. The goal is always the same though: help businesses thrive while making a positive contribution to the communities they serve.

What do you think sets you apart as a business consultant and advisor?

I think what sets me apart is the balance between vision and practicality. A lot of consultants can talk big picture strategy, but without execution, it is just talk. My strength is translating vision into action. I also invest deeply in relationships. Clients know I am committed to their long term success, not just quick wins. Integrity, accountability, and service guide my work. When I say I want to add value, I mean it, both in terms of financial results and in creating businesses that genuinely serve people and communities.

How would you describe your leadership style?

My leadership style is collaborative and grounded in values. I do not believe in top down authority. Instead, I focus on listening, building trust, and aligning around shared goals. In both business and community work, I have found that people respond best when they feel heard and respected. I also hold myself and others accountable, clear goals and honest feedback are essential. Above all, I try to lead with integrity. Leadership is a responsibility, not a privilege, and I believe it is about lifting others up, creating opportunities, and leaving a lasting positive impact.

Outside of business, you are very active in your Austin community. Can you tell us more about that?

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. At Saint Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, I volunteer to support parish life and outreach. I also spend time coaching youth basketball, which allows me to mentor young athletes and teach life lessons through sports. For me, community service is not optional, it is essential. Austin has given me and my family so much, and I want to give back by contributing to the growth and well-being of others. Whether it is through faith, mentoring, or coaching, I try to live out my values in everyday ways.

What lessons do you try to instill when coaching youth basketball?

When I coach, I focus on more than just the game. Basketball is a great tool to teach discipline, teamwork, resilience, and character. I tell my players that winning is important, but who they become in the process matters more. Sports give young people a chance to learn how to handle challenges, how to work with others, and how to push through adversity. Those lessons translate directly to life. Just like in business, success requires preparation, persistence, and the ability to put the team’s needs ahead of your own.

Family seems to be at the center of your life. How do you balance family and career?

It is not always easy, but I have learned that balance comes from clarity about priorities. For me, family comes first. I celebrate my son’s accomplishments on the Westlake High School football team, and I support my daughters’ passion for ballet, including my oldest who dances at the University of Oklahoma. Those moments keep me grounded. At the same time, I have built my business around principles that allow me to lead with integrity both at home and at work. The truth is, my family inspires everything I do, my success means nothing without them.

What role does faith play in your professional and personal life?

Faith is central to everything I do. It shapes how I treat people, how I make decisions, and how I define success. At church and in the community, faith reminds me that my work is about service, not just achievement. It keeps me humble and grounded when things are going well and gives me strength when challenges come. I believe leadership is a calling, not just a role, and faith gives me the clarity to pursue that calling with integrity. Ultimately, it reminds me that impact matters more than recognition.

Where do you see your consulting and investment firm in the next five years?

In the next five years, I see our firm continuing to grow, both in reach and in impact. The construction and home services industries are changing rapidly, and I want to help more businesses adapt, innovate, and thrive in that environment. Growth for us is not just about numbers, it is about deepening relationships, creating stronger companies, and supporting communities. I also see opportunities to invest in ventures that align with our mission of sustainable success. Ultimately, I want the firm to be known not only for results but for making a meaningful difference.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders?

My advice would be to lead with values and focus on impact. It is easy to get caught up in chasing short term wins or external recognition, but real success comes from building something that lasts. Surround yourself with good people, listen more than you talk, and never compromise your integrity. Be patient but persistent, growth takes time, but consistency pays off. And remember, leadership is about responsibility. Whether in business, family, or community, ask yourself: am I creating opportunities for others? Am I leaving things better than I found them? That is the true measure of success.
