Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Chloe D. Robinson holds a degree in agriculture but found her true passion in the entertainment industry.
With her striking beauty and commanding presence, she has graced runways and fashion shows across the country. While modeling remains close to her heart, Chloe is now focused on building her acting career.
She recently appeared in the holiday film Heart Full of Hope and will next be seen co-starring in the upcoming horror anthology series Very Frightening Tales.
We had a chance to interview this rising young talent.
What inspired you to pursue acting as a career?
It all started when a friend introduced me to an opportunity. The first time I stepped on set, I cried—something about the experience moved me deeply. From that moment on, I knew I had to keep going.
How did you prepare for your very first audition?
I have a little ritual: I chew 5 Gum, do some deep breathing exercises, and meditate to get centered and focused.
What acting techniques or methods have you trained in?
I currently train under Suzanne DeLaurentiis, whose classes have been instrumental in shaping my craft.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve received so far?
Keep going. You only truly fail when you stop trying or don’t put yourself out there.
Who are some of your favorite actors and actresses in recent years?
Crystal Renee Hayslett, Michael B. Jordan, Viola Davis, Samuel L. Jackson, and Jim Carrey—they each bring something incredibly unique and powerful to the screen.
What advice would you give to other aspiring actresses just starting out?
Don’t be discouraged if you start with just a few lines. Every role, no matter the size, is a stepping stone.
Are there any directors or actors you dream of working with in the future?
Definitely James Cameron—his visionary storytelling is unmatched. And I’d love to work with Jim Carrey. His emotional range and versatility are phenomenal.
Where do you see your acting career in the next five years?
In an iconic role in a major feature film. That’s the dream I’m working hard toward.
Can you tell us about your upcoming film or TV projects?
Yes! I’m proud to be part of two upcoming projects, Heart Full of Hope, which raises awareness about kidney donation, and Very Frightening Tales, a thrilling anthology series.
