Through her hard work, Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca is proving that there are no limits to what one woman can achieve. As a respected figure in the Filipino-American business community, Frankie is stepping into an exciting new era marked by bold ventures and a continued commitment to wellness. This month, Frankie launched one of her most creatively-fulfilling projects to date: a podcast titled This is Me, co-hosted with her friend and fellow entrepreneur Maria Damian. The two women, both powerhouses in their respective industries, bring to the microphone a shared mission to have open, meaningful conversations that reflect the real, raw, and often-overlooked stories behind success.

Maria Damian, a trailblazer who built a multi-awarded empire spanning healthcare and entertainment, has long been a force of nature. A breast cancer survivor and CEO of both Legacy

Entertainment and Legacy Dialysis, Maria is known for her resilience and commitment to amplifying Filipino voices. Her collaboration with Frankie on This is Me is a powerful alignment of values. In the very first episode of their podcast, Frankie opened up about her fears surrounding podcasting, a medium she had never explored before. Yet despite her initial nerves, she found her rhythm, letting the conversation unfold naturally alongside her guests. The inaugural theme of “facing fears” was personal and timely, setting the tone for a podcast based on vulnerability. Each season will feature six episodes, recorded about twice a month, covering a wide range of topics from introspective themes to lighthearted moments. One anticipated episode will spotlight a one-on-one conversation between Frankie and her daughter, Valentina, as an emotional tribute to the person who motivates her most.

In addition to the podcast, Frankie has made a name for herself in the health and wellness space with the launch of Nouveau Wellness Concierge, a modern wellness brand that opened its doors earlier this year in Beverly Hills. The company delivers concierge-style services that combine advanced science and personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. From hormone replacement therapy and custom facials to weight loss support and lab testing, Nouveau offers a comprehensive approach to well-being. The clinic specializes in helping individuals deal with challenges like chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and skin aging, while also offering aesthetic services for those looking to enhance their appearance. Nouveau represents Frankie’s mission to empower people to take control of their health and vitality without the stress or confusion that often accompanies modern wellness trends.

This is not Frankie’s first time as the head of a wellness brand. She brings years of experience to the table, having previously served as President of a regenerative medicine company and operated several anti-aging clinics for almost a decade. This industry knowledge has become the foundation of her newest innovation: Neu Skin One, Frankie’s own skincare line. Infused with Wharton’s jelly and MSC-derived exosomes, the Neu Skin One line includes a potent serum and moisturizer designed to support skin renewal, hydration, and anti-aging, benefits that are backed by the latest in regenerative medicine.

Even as Nouveau gains momentum, Frankie is not slowing down. Expansion plans are already underway, with new locations and digital wellness offerings on the horizon. There are also talks of growing the Neu Skin One line with additional products that target different skin concerns and stages of life. Despite the ambition behind it all, Frankie remains grounded in one main principle: personalization. And soon, listeners of This is Me will get to hear more about Frankie’s journey in wellness, too. In upcoming episodes, she plans to talk openly about her career, especially the pressures she faced as a Filipino-American woman on a path outside of the traditional career routes of medicine, law, or military service. Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and YouTube, This is Me is a mirror for those who have ever doubted themselves to help listeners create success on their own terms.

Frankie’s creative energy does not stop at business and broadcasting. She is also working on a book project titled 101 Letters to Valentina, a collection of letters addressed to her daughter. Each entry contains wisdom and reflections on ambition, failure, courage, and self-love. For Frankie, the book is a legacy project, offering Valentina a tangible map of her mother’s journey. “As a single working mom, I’ve faced many challenges,” Frankie expressed. “I wanted to document my journey, all the mistakes, lessons, and victories, so Valentina can learn from my experiences.” And it is this fierce entrepreneurship and tender motherhood that defines Frankie Francesca. Whether she is welcoming guests to her podcast studio, developing high-performance skincare formulas, or writing letters to her daughter, she does it all with passion.

Through This is Me, Nouveau Wellness, Neu Skin One, and her book, Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca is building a legacy for herself. And this is only the beginning.
