That inspired me to focus on projects that combine these two areas, creating spaces where people can live, work, and heal more effectively. I wanted to build more than just properties—I wanted to create environments that improve lives.

What role does community engagement play in your projects?

Community engagement is central to my approach. Every project begins with understanding the needs of the people it will serve. Whether it’s urban redevelopment or a healthcare facility, the input from local stakeholders helps shape our designs and goals. It’s not just about building structures; it’s about fostering trust and collaboration with the community. This approach ensures that the end result is not only functional but also meaningful for the people who will use it.
