What originally inspired you to create LhanelFit, and was there a specific moment that made you feel this work was necessary?

LhanelFit began from a place of frustration and care at the same time. I kept seeing women push through discomfort at home because equipment was not designed for how their bodies actually move. The turning point came when friends told me they stopped exercising not due to lack of motivation, but because their setups felt unsafe or discouraging. That made it clear to me that home fitness needed a more supportive and realistic approach.

LhanelFit often challenges intensity driven fitness culture. What personal experiences shaped that perspective?

I experienced burnout myself after years of following routines that celebrated exhaustion as success. I noticed that the harder I pushed without listening to my body, the less consistent I became. Over time, I realized that fitness should support life rather than dominate it. LhanelFit grew from that lesson. I wanted to build something that respects recovery, alignment, and long term strength instead of short lived extremes.

How do you define progress today, both personally and through the work you do with LhanelFit?

Progress means moving with more confidence and less fear. Personally, it looks like feeling capable in my body without constant soreness. Through LhanelFit, progress is when women tell us they feel safer, more consistent, and more connected to their movement. Strength that lasts comes from trust and understanding, not from pushing until something breaks.

What do you think the fitness industry still misunderstands about women training at home?

The industry often assumes women want smaller versions of gym equipment or faster results. What is misunderstood is how much comfort, stability, and usability matter. At home, there is no trainer correcting form or adjusting resistance. LhanelFit approaches this reality honestly. Women want equipment that fits their space, their schedule, and their bodies without creating anxiety or strain.

Building LhanelFit must come with challenges. What has been one of the most difficult parts of the journey so far?

One of the hardest parts has been resisting pressure to follow trends that do not align with our values. It can be tempting to lean into hype or extreme messaging. Staying grounded in thoughtful design takes patience and confidence. I have learned that growth does not need to be loud to be meaningful, and LhanelFit is stronger because we stayed true to that belief.

How do Pilates principles influence your personal routine and the philosophy behind LhanelFit?

Pilates changed how I understand strength. It taught me that control, alignment, and breath are powerful. Personally, it keeps me grounded and focused. Within LhanelFit, Pilates principles guide every design decision. We prioritize movements that feel intentional and supportive. This approach reminds women that progress can feel calm and empowering rather than aggressive.

What role does emotional connection play in fitness, especially for women working out at home?

Emotional connection is everything. When women feel intimidated or disconnected, consistency disappears. LhanelFit aims to remove fear and replace it with trust. Feeling safe, understood, and supported encourages people to return to their practice. Fitness becomes less about discipline and more about self respect, which is far more sustainable.

Outside of fitness, what habits or routines help you stay balanced as a founder?

I rely heavily on simple routines. Morning walks, quiet time without screens, and cooking help me reset. These moments remind me that balance is built from small choices. Running LhanelFit can be demanding, so grounding habits keep me aligned with why I started. They also reinforce the idea that wellness extends beyond workouts.

What does success look like for LhanelFit five years from now?

Success means being trusted. If women see LhanelFit as a brand that truly understands their needs, then we are doing our job. I hope we continue to set a higher standard for design and education. Growth matters, but impact matters more. Helping women feel confident at home is the long term vision.

What message would you like readers to take away after learning more about LhanelFit?

I want readers to know that fitness does not need to hurt to work. LhanelFit exists to support bodies, not punish them. Thoughtful design, patience, and self awareness create strength that lasts. If women feel encouraged to choose safety and consistency over burnout, then this conversation has already made a difference.
