Communication is huge, too. Everyone on my team needs to be able to communicate openly and work collaboratively, especially since remodeling can be a dynamic process with unexpected challenges. Can you tell us about a project that was particularly challenging?

One of the more challenging projects we worked on was a historic home renovation in Albany.
