Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca is a devoted mother and driven business woman living out her long-time dreams of creating her own wellness company. After several years of working in the field of regenerative medicine, Frankie has recently decided to branch out and create a wellness brand that inspires others to live their best lives. Her brand, Nouveau, is designed to make high-quality wellness solutions more accessible, combining advanced science with everyday health practices. “My wellness brand is inspired by my passion for regenerative medicine, longevity, and holistic well-being,” Frankie shared.

Frankie brings extensive experience to this new venture. With over eight years as the President of a regenerative medicine company and as the owner of several anti-aging clinics, she noticed a gap in the wellness industry. There was a clear need for a more complete approach that did not just address symptoms, but focused on long-term health. “As a single mom and entrepreneur, I want to create a brand that empowers individuals to take control of their health, beauty, and vitality,” Frankie explained.

Her passion for this project is clear, especially when she talks about Nouveau’s skincare line: Neu Skin One. This skincare line includes a serum and moisturizer made with Wharton jelly and MSC-derived exosomes. These ingredients are backed by science, promoting faster skin renewal, deep hydration, and anti-aging benefits. Even better, the brand will also offer a wellness concierge service that is exclusive and personalized. “Nouveau Wellness Concierge will be a members-only experience,” Frankie said. “We want to provide our clients with access to the best treatments that are adapted to their needs.” The goal of Nouveau Wellness Concierge is to give members full programs designed to deliver noticeable and long-lasting results.

Recently, Frankie took the stage for the first time as a panelist at Modern Day Wife’s “Meet Me in New York” event on February 7th. Modern Day Wife is a global community that supports women in their personal and professional lives. “It was my first time doing a panel, and it was a great start for me!” Frankie reflected. Public speaking was once a fear of hers, but she faced it head-on earlier this month. Speaking about her experiences in wellness and business was both rewarding and empowering. “New York City holds a special place in my heart since I used to call it home,” she said. Sharing her story there, surrounded by other successful women, felt like a full-circle moment.

Although Frankie’s entrepreneurial ventures are impressive, her role as a mother remains central to her life. Her love for her daughter, Valentina, inspired her latest creative project: a book titled 101 Letters to Valentina. “As a single working mom, I’ve faced many challenges,” Frankie said. “I wanted to document my journey, all the mistakes, lessons, and victories, so Valentina can learn from my experiences.” Each letter in the book contains insights about ambition and staying true to oneself. Writing it was an emotional experience, giving Frankie a chance to reflect on her own path and the knowledge she hopes to pass down.

Frankie’s new book titled ‘101 Letters to Valentina’ is written for her only daughter.

But Frankie is not stopping there. She is currently developing a podcast titled This is Me. The name took time to finalize, but Frankie feels it perfectly captures the essence of the show. “The podcast will feature guests from different walks of life,” she explained. “I want to share stories that inspire and connect with people.” The episodes will highlight authentic conversations about success, failure, and personal growth. For Frankie, this type of authenticity is everything. She wants listeners to feel like they are sitting in a room with close friends who are sharing their real experiences. “I want people to walk away feeling empowered and enlightened,” she said.

With so many projects on her plate, balance is crucial. Frankie admits it has not always been easy. “I used to feel guilty when I took time for myself,” she said. But these days, Frankie starts her mornings with a workout, choosing between boxing, Pilates, or weightlifting. Evenings end with meditation and prayer. This routine helps her stay grounded and focused.

The future is bright for Frankie Francesca. Nouveau is set to launch soon, with the skincare line expected to draw significant attention in the wellness industry. With a wellness brand, a published book, and a podcast down the line, Frankie remains motivated by a single purpose: to help others improve their quality of life. As she continues to build her legacy and career, Frankie’s journey is far from over, and if her current projects are any indication, the best is still on its way.
