As CEO and Executive Director at the Children of Diversity Foster Adoption Agency, Dr. Candice Matthews collaborates with a number of public organizations to develop short- and long-term business plans aimed at helping children through the foster home placement process. Dr. Matthews also serves as Chair of the Texas Statewide and Harris County Accountability Committee for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats.
