What are your thoughts on rejection?

Rejection is a part of life, especially in business. You can’t take it personally and you have to keep trying. If you give up after the first “no,” you’ll never get to the “yes.” It’s important to have thick skin in this business and to not take rejections too hard. Just keep moving forward and eventually you’ll find the right opportunity.

What would you say is your greatest strength?

I would say that my greatest strength is my ability to see opportunities where others see problems. I’ve always been a glass-half-full kind of person, and I think that optimism has served me well in business. When others see obstacles, I see possibilities. I think that’s what it takes to be successful in this business – the ability to see opportunity where others see only challenges.

What tactics do you use to stay motivated?

I also get a lot of satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals. Seeing the success of our clients is one of the things that motivates me most.
