The one thing we know about Kaitlen Villa is that she always comes back stronger and is ready for another challenge. After making her name known amongst the stars in LA, she now sets her sights on the beautiful beaches of Miami. “I’m ready to shake things up,” Kaitlen says confidently. At the start of her career, Kaitlen found unique ways to build up to her current following. Seeing the opportunity, she thought of an innovative idea that changed the social landscape of a particular social site: OnlyFans. Although the platform has a notorious brand image, Kaitlen was able to identify other creators on the site that offered something different than what the platform is known for. Spearheading the project, she made a podcast to open up a safe space for creators to connect, chat and learn from each other. It was widely successful, with OnlyFans themselves picking them up for OFTV. “It started off with me wanting a space to share my thoughts and feelings, but I quickly realized that I can also provide a safe space for other women on this platform,” she said. “It also was a way to normalize the fact that there are other creators here that do more than what OnlyFans is known for, and somewhere where creators, particularly women, can speak up and use their voices.”
Kaitlen became one of the biggest creators on the platform through this podcast and now, she is riding that wave to help her career flourish. Her latest endeavor is building her agency, My Internet Girlfriend. After listening to the other women on her podcast, Kaitlen discovered that she had a wealth of knowledge to share with other women about how to navigate being a model and entrepreneur. With the tools and skills she has learned over the years, it’s not a matter of if, but when My Internet Girlfriend will become one of the biggest agencies in Miami. With her innovative thinking and the wisdom she can share, she is sure to come out on top. “The main focus I have with the agency is authenticity,” Kaitlen says. “After all the experiences I have been through, I learned that authenticity is important for anyone going into the industry, so I want to make sure that the women I’m mentoring are true to themselves.”
Building women from the ground up is something Kaitlen has extensive knowledge in, and she wants to help women gain the financial freedom that she created for herself. With recently moving to Miami, she has her eyes peeled for new talents that can follow in her footsteps. Kaitlen saw Miami, which is a growing hub for influencers, and knew there was potential for growth in this new space. “I am definitely ready for a new challenge and Miami is where I see myself growing and where I can help other women achieve their dreams,” she says. “I also want the women who come into my agency to be confident in whatever it is they are doing, to embrace change, and to take the challenge.” Kaitlen might be the new face in Miami, but in time she hopes that she can build a strong community of like-minded people filled with support, succeeding together. As a force to be reckoned with, establishing her presence in Miami will be a walk in the park for It Girl Kaitlen Villa.
