The red carpet is set to roll out at the iconic Beverly Hilton on Thursday, December 11, 2025, as the inaugural Giving A Smile Foundation Gala brings together Hollywood talent and philanthropic leaders in support of children’s oral health across the greater Los Angeles area.
This exclusive, invite-only event celebrates the Foundation’s inspiring mission to improve access to essential dental care for underprivileged youth, ensuring that no child or young adult is turned away due to financial hardship. Proceeds from the gala will directly fund the creation and operation of the Foundation’s first permanent, no-cost dental clinic, as well as the expansion of mobile dental units to bring high-quality care directly to underserved communities.
Guiding the evening’s program as Master of Ceremonies will be Emmy Award-winning actor Kelsey Grammer, while five-time GRAMMY nominee Robin Thicke will headline with a special performance highlighting his enduring commitment to meaningful causes.
Presented by leading Beverly Hills dentists Rifkin Ranaan, the gala will also honor four distinguished individuals for their visionary leadership and humanitarian impact:
- Lorrie Bartlett, Senior Head of Talent at CAA – Guiding Light Award
- JR Dzubak – Visionary Impact Award
- Dr. Katja Van Herle – Healing Hands Award
- Mayor Sharona Nazarian (Beverly Hills) – Humanitarian Leadership Award
The dazzling guest list includes presenters and attendees from across film and television, such as Harry Goodwins (The Gentlemen), Colin Egglesfield (The Client List), Lesley-Ann Brandt (Lucifer), and James Tupper (Big Little Lies), with additional celebrity supporters, including Joe Simpson, Jonathan Keith, Martin Rodriguez, and Blanca Blanco, among others.
“Our goal is to bring healthy smiles to every corner of Los Angeles,” comments Dr. Justin Ranaan, co-founder of the Giving A Smile Foundation. “In addition to our first year-round dental clinic, we’re raising funds to launch two fully equipped mobile dental units that will deliver free, high-quality care directly into underserved communities.”
The evening promises to blend glamour with purpose—uniting entertainment, compassion, and community action to create a lasting impact. Beyond the spotlight, the event’s legacy will live on through brighter smiles and healthier futures for thousands of young Angelenos.
