What inspired you to pursue a career in insurance?
I’ve always had a passion for helping people, and insurance gave me an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during some of the most important moments in their lives. When I became a State Farm agent, I saw it as more than just a business opportunity—it was a chance to serve families and business owners in my community. I wanted to create an agency where people felt supported, understood, and protected no matter what challenges came their way.
Over time, I realized that insurance is really about relationships and trust. People rely on you during stressful and emotional situations, and being able to guide them through those moments is incredibly rewarding. That’s what continues to motivate me every day.
What makes your approach to insurance different from others in the industry?
I believe what sets our agency apart is the personal connection we build with our customers. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coverage. Every person, family, and business has different needs, and we take the time to truly understand those needs before making recommendations.
I also focus heavily on communication and education. Insurance can feel overwhelming for a lot of people, so my goal is to simplify the process and make sure customers feel confident in their decisions. Why is community involvement so important to you?
Lima, Ohio is home for me, and I believe successful businesses should invest back into the communities that support them. Giving back has always been a major part of who I am personally and professionally.
