You have worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. How important are NDA’s to the business?
NDA’s are extremely important on many different levels in the entertainment industry. From unwanted people prying in your life to making sure your business dealings are legally secure. Unfortunately, some people aren’t trustworthy in their actions so having NDAs keeps you comfortable in a legal way about your business and personal life.
What led you to launch Celebrity NDA?
The thought behind developing Celebrity NDA was how could I possibly come up with a way to legally keep you secure at all times? When thinking about this, I had to keep in mind what is one thing that the majority of people have on them at all times- (your phone). Also having the understanding about NDA’s and how could I incorporate the two.
I realized that as easy as it is to type in an address in your GPS, it could be the same process for NDA’s if developed correctly. While having a meeting with my technical team at Urlaunched, we found a way to make the concept a reality and Celebrity NDA was created.

Video capture technology is one of the most important features. The NDA is the most important part and was structured very well to keep you protected, but let’s say an agreeing party disputes the electronic signature. By having the video, it shows proof of the guest signing the agreement and can resolve any dispute about the guest who was actually there and signed the agreement.
