Robert Roselli is the passionate co-leader of 34 Sherman LLC, New Jersey. The company is dedicated to building affordable homes for its clients. 34 Sherman LLC is a company that offers a wide range of construction services which include site planning for new homes, additions, and renovations. They specialize in building single-family houses, multi-family units, and townhomes. His accomplishments in 34 Sherman LLC include three houses in a subdivision in Hanover Township and houses in Toms River and Morris Plains.

Robert has volunteered for Morris Habitat for Humanity for several years. Robert exemplifies the organization’s commitment to not just build houses, but also give individuals the chance to develop their life from there every day while going above and beyond on every construction site as part of this wonderful cause. He completed projects with Morris Habitat for Humanity in 2018 and 2019.

Robert also completed a hundred hours as a volunteer worker at ReStore Morris Habitat for Humanity. In addition, he joined FDU College as a volunteer in cleaning up houses after the IDA flood water. He offered to do carpentry to help owners get back on their feet. He never failed to give back to the community even after establishing his own business.

Robert Roselli is an active volunteer at Morris Habitat for Humanity, supporting the company’s mission and vision. He also volunteered over a hundred hours in the local ReStore for Habitat for Humanity. “When I came to work with them, they saw me as someone who could do a lot of things,” said Roselli about his experience working with the organization. “I really felt like I was part of something.”

As a person who has devoted his life to building homes and hope in the community, it is no surprise that Robert Roselli is dedicated to helping those in need. Robert has been a volunteer for Morris Habitat for Humanity, NJ for years, helping in frame builds and doing whatever he can to bring homes to needy families in the Morris area. The organization is committed not only to building homes but also giving people the opportunity to build their lives from there, which Robert embodies every day while going above and beyond on every job site as part of this great cause. “It drives me nuts to see people living in squalor. It’s like taking a fish out of the water and putting it back in the ocean.” Roselli said. Habitat houses are affordable because the organization does not put profit on the building expenses and no interest on the mortgage.

Robert has done projects with Habitat for Humanity throughout his career and continues to strive to make a difference in every place he visits. He learned that he can always make a difference as long as he doesn’t give up, even if it’s something as small as helping to build a fence or fixing a simple part of a house.

“I love seeing the looks on people’s faces when they can move into a home of their own,” Robert said. “It’s the best feeling I’ve ever felt.”

He also brings this same passion and dedication in any of Morris Habitat for Humanity projects. In the past years, Robert has been co-managing their business, 34 Sherman LLC, NJ, and still spends his weekends volunteering with Morris Habitat for Humanity. No matter where he is or what task needs to be done, Robert always brings the same level of excellence and dedication.

Robert Roselli’s way of giving back to the community is truly admirable. He is an inspiration to all of his employees because he shows them that no job feels like work if it means you are helping others. His passion for building homes and hope in the community has led him to be one of Morris Habitat for Humanity’s most dedicated volunteers. He collaborated extensively with Morris Habitat for Humanity to help people understand how their contributions could be utilized to help families repair and build houses. One of the projects he had with Morris Habitat for Humanity was the 14 Belton Street project in 2019. Robert was able to help the families get into their homes and make them a reality. Interior framing began in the spring of 2019, and a new roof and siding were installed. In August of the same year, it was finished. Alisha Salazar, an insurance business employee with three children, is the new owner of the house. This project benefited greatly from the contributions of Robert Roselli. When the Habitat for Humanity home restoration was finished, Salazar’s family expressed such gratitude and happiness upon moving into their new home.

The 232 Howe Avenue project was another excellent building he completed for Morris Habitat for Humanity. On this Habitat for Humanity home project in Passaic, a new roof, siding, windows, and a front porch were added. The two-story home restoration was finished in 2018. EPA WaterSense fixtures, as well as other energy-saving technology, were installed in the home. The initiative benefitted Massiel Mendez. She has two kids and a son and works as a data entry operator in Passaic City. The family couldn’t contain their happiness when they moved into their new home, stating that her kids loved how their rooms looked. The family can start building memories in their newly-renovated home.

Apart from volunteering in building homes for the beneficiaries of Morris Habitat for Humanity, he also lent his service at the Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore . The restore is where all the donations of building supplies, appliances, furniture, and more are given. This provides the organization with an avenue to get things at a discount price and sell it back to the community at a lower rate. Robert Roselli worked at the shop, accepting donations of furniture, appliances, and cash to be utilized in the future initiatives of the group. The ReStore does not only help people build their homes but also the environment as they recycle or repair old electronic devices. Being the CEO of 32 Sherman LLC, Robert knows first-hand the challenges of having enough resources to help provide for a family. He understands what value items that are no longer needed have to individuals who cannot afford new ones. That’s why he makes it a point to always volunteer at ReStore whenever he can.

Robert is a great example of someone who gives a hundred percent of himself and his resources to help those less fortunate. Robert Roselli also worked with local volunteers from FDU College to clean up after IDA flood water receded. He went and worked in Fairfield New Jersey, helping homeowners clean mud, water, and debris from their flooded homes. He did electronic repairs and carpentry and helped homeowners continue repairing their homes.

“I couldn’t emphasize it enough that it’s a great feeling to help people get back on their feet,” Robert said. This project was done in collaboration with Volunteer Fairfield County. They work hard to make sure that all residents affected by the IDA floodwater were able to continue living comfortably after the disaster. Volunteer Fairfield County is always on the lookout for individuals like Robert who are willing to help out their community. Volunteer coordinator Molly Dellacorte speaks highly of him, “Robert is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever come across.” Volunteer Fairfield County works tirelessly with people like Robert Roselli to make sure our communities are safe and strong.

Robert encourages everyone to give back whenever they can to their community. Everyone can give such a great impact on the lives of others just by lending a hand to those who need it most. Robert Roselli is truly committed to helping others, and he is absolutely devoted to his company’s mantra of “do the right thing.” His efforts are nothing short of heroic.
